Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow and build a brighter future.
Yet millions of children in Nigeria are still out of school, many classrooms lack the resources pupils need, and teacher shortages make it harder to give every child a quality education. UNICEF reported in 2024 that 18.3 million Nigerian children were out of school. UNICEF Nigeria
Education needs sustained public investment and practical action. We call on government at every level to:
- Invest in safe, well-equipped schools.
- Recruit, train and support teachers.
- Help children who are out of school return to learning.
- Make quality education accessible to every child, regardless of their circumstances.
- Track education spending and report clearly on the results.
A stronger education system creates more opportunities for children and helps build a stronger Nigeria.
We demand action and real solutions. Invest in students, teachers and schools.
